摘要
供应链绩效管理作为供应链管理的核心组成部分,对供应链的成功运作具有举足轻重的作用。文中借用汽车行业供应链展现了SCOR模型的结构层级关系,并从供应链的总体角度全面、客观地阐述了SCOR模型在供应链绩效管理中的应用情况。
Supply chain performance management as a core part of the supply chain management, has a pivotal role in the successful operation of the supply chain. This article uses the automotive supply chain to show the structure of the hierarchical relationship of the SCOR model, and from the point of view of the supply chain＇s overall comprehensive, objectively expounded SCOR model in supply chain performance management.
