摘要
实训师资队伍直接关系到实训教学活动的开展,关系到教学质量的高低。而高职院校实训师资队伍却普遍存在数量、素质、结构等方面的问题,为此,必须通过确立实训教学的核心地位、改善实训教师的来源结构、制订实训人才的引进计划、加强实训教师的在职培训、完善实训教师的激励机制、发挥兼职教师的补充作用、实施理实一体化教学模式改革等多种措施来解决,努力打造一支数量充足、素质合格、结构合理的实训师资队伍,为推进高职院校的建设和发展作出应有的贡献。
The construction of the experimental teachers is directly related to the implementation of experimental activities, to the teaching quality. Problems in their quantity, quality, structure, etc. widely exist in vocational colleges experimental teachers. Therefore, the core position of experimental teaching, improvement of the structure and source of experimental teachers, introduction of qualified experimental personnel, enhancement of on-the-job training of experimental teachers train- ing, improvement of incentives to experimental teachers, full play of complementary role of part-time teachers and reform of theory-practice integrated teaching must be implemented to address the establishment of a team of experimental teachers with sufficient quantity, sound quality and reasonable proportion to better promote the construction and development of higher vocational colleges.
