我国FDI环境库兹涅茨效应检验与优化路径研究——基于动态面板的系统GMM分析

Study on FDI Environmental Kuznets Effects and Optimization Path in China——Evidence from Dynamic Panel Model Based on System GMM

随着我国FDI流入量逐年增长,FDI在促进我国经济快速发展的同时,其带来的环境压力日益引起人们的关注。文章以各地区环境规制效率为标准,通过分区域建立动态面板模型,对我国FDI的环境效应进行了研究。结果表明,FDI与我国各个区域的环境污染程度关系密切,但不同地区之间FDI的环境效应却不尽相同。文章认为,在加大环境规制措施的基础上正确引导产业结构转型,是实现FDI正面环境效应的有效途径。

As the increase of FDI, it plays an important role in promoting China＇s rapid economic develop- ment, while the corresponding environmental pressures are aslo caused by concern. This article established subregional dynamic panel models, and analyzed the environmental effects of FDI in China. Results show that FDI do impact the environmental pollution in China, but the effect and degree varies in different regions. It is the effective approach to bring about positive environmental effects by taking more environmental measures and guiding the industry structure transition in the right way.
