统筹城乡发展中的农村金融资源配置问题研究

The Allocation of Rural Financial Resource in Balancing the Urban and Rural Development

农村金融资源配置是统筹城乡发展的必然要求,也是实现农村和农业现代化的核心和关键环节。但是,目前农村金融资源配置的低效率,已经严重制约了我国农村经济社会的全面发展。文章在分析农村金融资源配置缺陷和问题的基础上,提出了统筹城乡发展中农村金融资源优化配置的对策建议。

The allocation of rural financial resource is the necessary of balancing the urban and rural devel- opment, and is the core of the agricultural modernization. However, the low efficiency of the allocation of the rural financial resource hindered seriously the economic development of the China＇s rural areas. The author analyzed the defect and the present problems during the allocation of the rural financial resource and put forward some countermeasures.
