摘要
华盛电厂2号机继前次汽轮机油严重劣化后,于1999年10月再次发生油质劣化。湖北省电力试验研究所会同该厂一起对事故原因进行了分析,应用试研所研制的汽轮机油专用处理剂和一体化油处理器,对劣化油进行了在线处理,并补加了T501、T746等添加剂。处理油质经常规检测和红外光谱分析,符合国标,且品质与新油接近,设备运行正常。
Following the oil deteriorated seriously,№.2 turbine oil of Huasheng Power Plant was deteriorared again in october this year.The Electric Power Testing & Researcg Institute of Hubei Province, accompanying with Puasheng Power Plant,analyzed the fault and treated the deteriorated oil by way of on-line method adopting special absorbent for turbine oil and integral oil treating set,and soon afterwards T501 and T746 were added.The quality of treated oil conforms to national standard and approaches the new oil by testing common items and analyzing infrared spectrum, and the unit is normally in service now.
