糖耐量受损者血清铁蛋白水平与胰岛素抵抗及β细胞功能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 近年来一些研究提示血清铁蛋白(SF)可能是糖代谢异常和胰岛素抵抗的预测指标。铁超载可能参与了糖尿病的发生和发展。机体铁储量越多,发生糖耐量受损(IGT)、2型糖尿病或妊娠糖尿病的概率越大。血清铁蛋白是体内含铁量最丰富的蛋白,能够反映体内铁储量,是判断体内铁缺乏及超负荷的有效指标科。本研究旨在探讨IGT患者血清SF水平与胰岛β细胞功能、胰岛素抵抗之间的相关性。
