摘要
在球轴承测振状态下振系动力学模型的基础上,分析振系的传递函数并进行实验验证,得出以下结论:(1)球轴承振系的响应传递函数对轴承振动响应有重要影响;(2)球轴承尺寸越大,其振系固有频率越低;(3)球轴承振系在不同频率的响应性能各不相同。
On the basis of dynamic model of vibration
system under testing ball bearing vibration , the transfer function of the vibration system is analysed , examined and verified. The results as follows; (1) The response transfer function of ball bearing vibration system has important influence on bearing vibration response; (2) The larger the ball bearing dimension,the lower the natural frequency of the vibration system;
( 3 ) The response characteristics of ball bearing vibration system in different frequency are not identical.
