高校是繁荣发展我国哲学社会科学的主力军,有责任为国家哲学社会科学的繁荣发展和建设社会主义文化强国贡献力量。高校繁荣发展哲学社会科学必须始终坚持正确的指导原则,推进社会主义核心价值体系融入教育教学全过程,着力增强育人能力;推进跨学科研究,着力发展特色学科;推进协同创新,着力增强服务能力;推进"走出去"战略,着力增强国际学术话语权;推进人才队伍建设,着力培养学术领军人物。

Colleges are the leading forces in promoting the development of philosophy and social sciences in our country and thus bear the responsibility to contribute to the prosperity of social sciences and the construction of a culturally powerful socialist country. To achieve such a purpose, we must observe the correct guiding principles, integrate the socialist core values into the overall progress of education and academic activities, enhance the cultivating capacity of talents, promote the trans-disciplinary researches and focus on the development of localized disciplines, further the simultaneous innovation of philosophy and social sciences and consolidate their roles as service providers, speed up the strategy of ＂going global＂ and increase our power of discourse in international academia, accelerate the construction of the team of talents and produce the scholastic flag holders.
