差异与启示——对美国佐治亚西南州立大学经济学教学模式的观察与思考 被引量:3

摘要 中美两国经济学教学中的差异主要体现在:在教学导向方面,中国经济学教学以教师为主体,美国经济学教学以学生为主体;在学习目的方面,中国经济学教学注重于社会本位,美国经济学教学注重个人本位;在教学内容安排方面,中国经济学教学和美国经济学侧重点不同;在教学组织管理方面,中国经济学教学注重结果管理,美国经济学教学注重过程管理。比较两国经济学教学给我们的启示是:培养学生的自主意识和自主能力应该是经济学教学改革的重要价值取向;改变教师评价制度是激励教师为学生提供全面教学服务的重要手段;教师具备与学生自主学习相匹配的教学能力是提升教学质量的关键因素。 There are main differences in economics teaching between America and China as follows. In the teach- ing guidance, economies teaching in China is teacher-led, while it is student-led in US. In the learning purposes, economies teaching in China is society-oriented, while it is individual-oriented in US. In the teaching content ar- rangement, there exist different teaching contents. In the teaching organization, economics teaching in China focus- es on result, while it focuses on procedure in US. Comparing economics teaching models between the two countries gives us following implications. Developing students" autonomic awareness and abilities is an important value orien- tation of the economics teaching. And changing the teacher evaluation system is an important method to motivate teachers to provide services for all students. The ability that teachers have to fit students' autonomic learning is the key factor to improve the quality of teaching.
