崇启大桥作为公路特大型桥梁,参建单位及人员众多,工程作业点多、线长、面广,交叉作业多。探讨了崇启大桥建设单位的安全组织结构和安全管理制度创新模式,委托安全专业机构提供现场安全管理及咨询,并从招标准入、施工安全准入、人员持证及安全教育培训管理、重大危险源监管、应急救援管理、安全生产风险抵押金考核、安全文化建设、安全检查、施工安全标准化建设和施工现场安全防护规范化10个方面进行了深入探索与实践。

Chongqi Bridge is a major highway bridge,whose construction involved a lot of work from different disciplines.The construction procedure for this bridge was featured by large number of construction steps,wide covering of construction area and large number of cross operations.The authors discuss innovations in the safety organization and safety management for the constructor of Chongqi Bridge.With the help of professional safety agency,who offers on-site project safety management and consultation,in-depth explorations and researches have been done from ten aspects including access for tender,access for construction safety,personnel certification and safety education and training management,major hazard monitoring,emergency rescue management,safety risk deposit assessment,establishment of construction safety culture,security check,construction safety standardization and construction site security regulation.
