隧道穿越富水破碎带施工工艺与数值分析 被引量:7

摘要 湖北谷竹高速宴家隧道YK227+268—YK227+233里程段为富水破碎带,强度低、易变形、透水性大,并且出现塌方现象。针对该不良地质条件,采用二重管无收缩双液WSS工法作为主要超前支护手段进行加固止水,有效地改善了掌子面的施工状况。采用双侧壁导坑法进行开挖,减小了一次开挖面积和对土体的过大扰动。利用ABAQUS数值模拟软件进行了数值分析,与现场实测结果基本吻合。 The segment of Yanjia Tunnel from YK227+268 to YK227+233 is a fracture zone,where the soil has low strength and high water permeability with landslide observed before.Considering the bad geological conditions,WSS method was taken as the advanced support method to reinforce the soil and stop water.This method improved the construction condition on the tunnel faces.And double-side pilot tunnel method was used for excavation to reduce the concurrent excavation area and minimize the disturbance to surrounding soil.Numerical analysis was performed with software ABAQUS and the simulation results agree well with the field measurements.
