Construction Technology for Reinforced Concrete Columns with Large Abnormal Cross-sections

结合金陵饭店扩建工程,深入分析了工程特点和难点,以及施工方案比选,包括模板加固方案的选择,混凝土施工方案的选择;详细介绍了大截面异形型钢混凝土柱的施工技术,包括异形柱模板施工,异形柱钢筋安装,高强混凝土施工技术。异形柱的混凝土成型良好,无胀模、跑模现象;混凝土表面光滑平整,无蜂窝麻面;异形柱各侧面垂直度经复测符合要求。本工程的异形型钢混凝土柱施工在满足设计和施工质量要求的同时,还提高了施工效率、降低了施工成本。

The authors analyzed the engineering characteristics and difficulty of the extension project of Jinling Hotel.Comparison and selection of construction schemes were introduced,including the selection of formwork reinforcing scheme and concrete construction schemes.Construction of the steel reinforced columns with large abnormal-shaped cross-sections was introduced in detail,including formwork construction and steel bar installation,construction of high strength concrete.The construction procedure shows good result as the cross-sectional shapes were formed as designed and mold expansion or mold running phenomenon was observed.Concrete surface is smooth without honeycomb or scales.The verticality of abnormal-shaped column meets the requirements on each side.By using the adopted construction technology,not only the construction of the abnormal-shaped steel reinforced concrete column met the requirements of design and construction quality,but also the construction efficiency was improved and construction cost reduced.
