套管中狭窄空间安装预应力钢筒混凝土管施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 在河底套管中安装预应力钢筒混凝土管,空间狭窄,不适于采用驮管车或其他专用设备进行常规安装。通过在套管内布置2条呈60°夹角的钢轨和简易小车,实现钢筒混凝土管在套管内的水平运输。利用自制的三向调节装置,完成管道的对接就位,具体包括轨道安装,管道下吊至轨道上小车,管道就位,调整管位,安装永久性垫块。整个安装施工投入设备简单,方法可行,效率高,成本低,效益明显。 When pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipes are installed in the concrete sleeves on the river bed,special pipe carriers or other heavy machines are not suitable due to the narrow space within the concrete sleeves.A method was developed to install the pipe which finishes the horizontal transportation of the pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipes by fixing two rails at 60° angle to each other and using a simple trolley.Connection between the pipes was done using a self-developed triaxial adjustment device.The operation procedure includes installing the rails,dropping the pipe onto the trolley,positioning the pipe,adjusting the pipe location,and installing permanent cushion block.The method has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and easy operation.
