东方300MW机组高中压转子振动故障诊断

VIBRATION FAULT DIAGNOSIS ON HP AND IP ROTORS IN 300 MW TURBINES MANUTACTURED IN DONG FANG TURBINE WOWKS

东方 30 0MW机组在运行过程中高中压转子出现过低频振动 ,为此 ,对张家口发电厂、华能德州电厂等 7个电厂 8台机组的低频振动原因进行了分析 ,分析认为运行启动方式对振动有影响 。

Low frequency vibration happened to HP and IP rotors in 300 MW turbines manufactured by Dondfang turbine works.So analysis has been made on 8 turbines to find out the cause of low trequency vibration,which shows the start-up mode exerts the vibration.Some measures are put torward.
