局灶性脑缺血大鼠z-Longa评分的MRI研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:采用MRI检测Z—Longa神经功能缺失评分判断线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型的可靠性。方法:参照Longa法制作局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,在缺血6h后对大鼠行神经功能评分,根据随机数字法选取神经功能缺失评分为“0”分的8只,1~4分的为14只(其中1分5只;2分6只;3分3只),同时行大鼠头颅核磁共振T1T2DWI序列扫描。结果:神经功能缺失评分在1~4分间的大鼠核磁共振均观察到大脑皮层及基底节长T1、T2、高DWI信号,评分为“0”分的有1例发现梗死灶。结论:局灶性脑缺血大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型,Z—Longa神经功能缺失评分与MRI具有显著相关性(r=0.786);Z—Longa神经功能缺失评分是局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型成功的可靠评价标准。 OBJECTIVE: To detect the reliability of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) models which is evaluated by the Z - Longa Score using MRI. METHODS : MCAO models were made by thread embolism referred to Z - Longa method. Rats were evaluated by the neurological deficit score and also scanned by MRI after 6 hours. There were 8 rats which score was 0 and 14 rats score ranged from 1 to 3. RESULTS: Long T1, T2 and high DWI signal of the rats that the scores were between 1 to 3 points were observed. Only one patient' s score were zero. CONCLUSIONS : There is a significantly positive correlation between MRI and Z - Longa neurological deficient score (r = 0. 786). The score is the successful standard of MCAO model.
