红景天有效成分的药理作用及机制的研究进展

Research Progress of Pharmacological Actions and Mechanisms of Active Components of Rhodiola L.

红景天作为一种珍稀药用植物，含有多种有效成分，其中以红景天苷最为重要。目前研究表明，红景天具有多种药理作用，包括适应原样作用、保护神经系统及心血管系统、调节机体代谢、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、防治骨质疏松、抗炎镇痛及增加机体免疫系统功能等。本文主要综述了近年来国内外研究发现的红景天有效成分、特别是红景天苷的药理作用及其相关机制，为其进一步研究和开发提供理论依据。

Rhodiola L. , as a valuable medicinal plant, contains a lot of active components, among which salidroside is the most important one. Rhodiola L. has many pharmacological actions, such as adaptogenic role, protecting nervous system and cardiovascular system from injury, regulating metabolism, anti - tumor, antivirus, preventing osteoporosis, anti - inflammation, analgesic, and improving immune system etc. This article summarizes recent research findings about the pharmacological activities and relevant mechanisms of Rhodiola L. , and especially salidroside, which provides some basis for further study of the Chinese traditional medicine.
