摘要
痉挛是中枢神经系统损伤的常见症状,阻碍了患者运动功能的恢复,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前,对痉挛的发病机制尚不十分清楚,认识不够全面,以致难以找到理想的治疗方法。本文从电生理学、分子生物学和药理学三个方面对痉挛发病的相关机制进行了总结,为痉挛的防治提供科学依据。
Spasticity is one of the most common complications of central nervous system lesions. It seriously impedes the recovery of motor function and decreases the quality of daily life of patients. At present pathogenesis of spasticity is not completely understood and therapeutic management of spasticity is still unsatisfactory. In this paper the pathogenesis of spasticity from electrophysiology, molecular biology and pharmacology aspects are reviewed in order to provide a scientific basis for the prophylaxis and management of spas- ticity.
