摘要 血管紧张素-（1—7）是肾素-血管紧张素系统中具有重要生物学作用的终末活性产物。它是血管紧张素Ⅱ的内源性拮抗因子，具有抗心肌肥大、抗心律失常、抗增殖、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗血栓等一系列作用。本文就血管紧张素-（1—7）对心脏重构和血管保护作用的研究进展作-综述。 Angiotensin - （ 1 - 7 ） [ Ang - （ 1 - 7 ） ] is a terminal active product with an important biological role in the renin - angiotensin system （RAS）. It is the endogenous antagonist of the Angiotensin Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ ） which has anti -cardiac hypertrophy, anti - arrhythmic, anti - proliferative, anti - atherosclerotic, anti - thrombosis and soon. This article reviews the progress in Ang - （ 1 -7） cardiac remodeling and vascular protection.
