摘要
在开发液控换挡阀阀体产品过程中,为了能够在15 d的时间内完成内腔复杂的液控换档阀阀体铸件样件的试制,采用了"快速制造"方法,该法无需制造砂芯模具,能够快速制作砂芯,大大节省了生产时间,通过此快速成形方法,成功地完成了阀体铸件的试制,并对在试制过程中出现的铸件缺口缺陷给出了相应的解决措施。在规定的时间内交出了合格的样品。
The "Rapid Manufacturing" technology is used to prepare hydraulic control reversing valve casting in sample with complicated cavity within 15 days. The "Rapid Manufacturing" process needs no pattern and save a lot of production time to make sand cores. The sample casting was successfully obtained within the given time. At the same time, the measures were also taken to solve the casting notch defects during trial production.
