摘要
对永通铸管水冷金属型离心铸管机流槽驱动存在的问题,以及对铸管产、质量的影响进行了分析,并提出了流槽驱动的结构、安装位置不合理的改进方案,离心铸管机流槽驱动改造后,设备运行稳定,流槽驱动与浇铸机横移同步,流槽在铸型中定位准确,球墨铸铁管产量质量明显提高,获得了较好的经济效益,对国内同类水冷金属型离心铸管机改造具有借鉴作用。
The chute driving of the Wing-cast pipe water cooled metal type centrifugal pipe casting machine, as well as its influence on pipe production, quality are analyzed. A driving structure was put forward, the installation position was improved. After the transformation, equipment operation is stable, chute driving synchronizes with casting machine side moving, chute is well-positioned in the mold, ductile iron pipe production quality improves apparently, better economic benefit is obtained, which provides a reference for the domestic similar metal type centrifugal tube casting machine.
