摘要
D712仪器安装时,两片簧组存在不平行误差,造成测量误差。计算结果表明,弹簧片组的误差与两簧片长度误差和底板、导板长度误差成正比,而与两簧片底板及导板的长度成反比;而且底板和导板长度误差的影响比两簧片长度误差的影响要大,即结构的不平行性影响比两簧片不等长影响要大。
Due to the two leaf spring groups are not Parallel each other, some measuring error is caused during mounting of D712 Instrument, The calculating result shows, the error of leaf spring group is directly proportional to the length error of two leaf springs & the length error between bottom plate and guide plate, but is inversely proportional to the lengths of bottom plate and guide plate of two leaf springs, and the influence of the length error between bottom Plate and guide plate is greater than the length error of two leaf springs i.e. the influence of structure nonparallelism is greater than the unequal length of two leaf springs.
