摘要
提出了一种新型的ZVZCT软开关PWM变换器──主开关管电压和电流为梯形波(4个零、4个斜坡),互相错开,辅助管为零电流通断。它特别适用于以IGBT作为开关器件的高电压大功率场合。通过理论分析、参数选择、电路仿真和实验结果对提出的方案加以说明。
The paper presents a novel ZVZCT soft-switching PWM converter: the voltage and currentwaveforms of the transistor are ladder-shaped and stagger each other, and auxiliare switches are turned on andoff under zero-current. It is very attractive for high power application where IGBT is predominantly used as thepower switches. Theoretical analysis, parameters selection, computer simulation, and experiment results arepresented to explain the proposed scheme.
