摘要
提出了一种新型零电压转移DC-DC变换器,并以其在Boost交换器中的应用为例分析了它的工作原理。仿真与实验都证明全部主、辅管均可实现零电压/零电流开关,并且电路可工作在较宽的负载范围内。
A novel ZVT DC - DC converter is proposed, its operation principle is analyzed through itsapplication to the Boost converter. Both the simulation and the experiment have verified that all thesemiconductor switches can achieve ZVS/ZCS, and the soft - switching cireuit works properly in a wide loadrange.
