脊髓电刺激对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测脊髓电刺激对心肌缺血的治疗作用。方法 36只健康成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、心肌缺血组和脊髓电刺激+心肌缺血组。检测各组P物质在中枢神经系统的表达及心肌缺血组和脊髓电刺激+心肌缺血组心肌缺血面积的大小。结果与对照组比较,心肌缺血组P物质在中枢神经系统的表达明显增高(P<0.05);脊髓电刺激+心肌缺血组与心肌缺血组比较,脊髓电刺激可减低P物质在心肌缺血时表达的增加(P<0.05)。心肌缺血组和脊髓电刺激+心肌缺血组心肌缺血面积占左心室面积的百分比平均值分别为(46.51±2.19)%和(35.33±3.34)%,脊髓电刺激+心肌缺血组与心肌缺血组相比降低30.0%(P<0.01)。结论脊髓电刺激使心肌缺血时传导痛觉的神经递质P物质在中枢神经系统的表达减少,且降低了心肌缺血损伤面积,对心肌缺血具有治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of electrical spinal cord stimulation on cardiac ischemia area induced by cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury.Methods A total of 36 healthy male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups(control group,cardiac ischemia group and cardiac ischemia + spinal cord stimulation group).The expression of substance P in central nervous system and the cardiac ischemic area of the latter two groups were observed and compared statistically.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of substance P in central nervous system was increased in cardiac ischemia group(P 〈 0.05).Comparing cardiac ischemia + spinal cord stimulation group with cardiac ischemia group,the spinal cord stimulation could reduce the expression of substance P during cardiac ischemia(P 〈 0.05).In cardiac ischemia group,the mean ratio of cardiac ischemic area to the left ventricle was about 46.51%±2.19%.In cardiac ischemia + spinal cord stimulation group,the mean ratio of cardiac ischemia area to the left ventricle was about 35.33%±3.34%,which was decreased by 30.0% compared with that in the cardiac ischemia group(P 〈 0.01),with significant difference.Conclusion Electrical spinal cord stimulation can decrease the algesia neurotransmitter and substance P in central nervous system,and also reduce the cardiac ischemic area caused by cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury.
