摘要 好氧三相内循环生物流化床污水处理过程中需要监测影响出水质量的关键参数较多,通过历史数据累积以探索系统运行中的生化规律,采用控制氧气曝气阀门开度的方式实现处理后污水排放的经济、达标;基于LabVIEW技术,分析并建立了多通路的数据采集、滤波、存储、显示以及控制算法的功能模块,实现三相生物流化床污水处理监控目的;采用MySQL数据库技术,可实现6路监控参数历史数据的管理,为复杂化工系统的运行、影响规律的提取提供了分析基础;此监控平台具有精度高、安全性好、扩展性强的特点。 Based on the key parameters which affect the wastewater treatment of the aerobic internal-circulation three-phase biological fluidized bed, a feedback controller is in action on the aeration valve for reaching the discharge standard economically. In the paper the multi channel data acquisition, filtering, storage, display and control algorithm were analysied and designed. The monitor and control system of wastewater treatment based on LabVIEW were set up. With MySQL database, 6 channel monitoring parameter were record to improve tbe data processing ability and provide the scheme reference for complex chemical system monitor and control. The platform is high precision and strong scalability.
