双通道高速图像数据存储器的设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 文章介绍了一种基于FPGA的双通道图像数据固态存储器,完成两路数字图像信号的高速采集和存储;以XILINX公司生产的Spartan-3系列XC3S200AN为中控逻辑单元,分别选用IDT公司生产的IDT72V285芯片作为高速缓存FIFO、三星公司生产的4G字节K9WBG08U1M型FLASH存储阵列作为存储模块芯片;系统自检时将远程数据回读使用,采用异步串行发送、LVDS差分驱动接口传输,图像尺寸为640×480,输入的图像数据码流为37MB/s,供电电压28V左右,每路图像数据存储容量不小于4096MB。本设计主要是将采集到的2路互相独立的数字视频信号,各自记录到不同的存储器模块中;Flash数据的擦除、写入及读取是按照交错式双平面的方式进行;固态存储器与地面监控读数装置之间的数字信号通过LVDS总线进行通讯,不仅节约了时间、确保数据完整准确写入,还提高了系统的可靠度。 Introduced a kind of double channel image data solid-state memory based on FPGA. The chip XC3S200AN of the Spartan-3 series , which XILINX company produced, was used as central control logic unit. The IDT72V285 chip that IDT company produced was chosed as caching FIFO of internal image data of solid-state memory. , and take the K9WBG08U1M type of FLASH storage arrays that Sa- msung produced as storage module chip. When the system self-check, remote data need back to read, it uses asynchronous serial transmit- ter, LVDS difference driving interface transmission. Image size for 640 × 480, input image data streaming for 37 MB/S, the power supply voltage 28V or so, every road image data storage capacity not less than 4096 MB. First of all, it achieved the acquisition on two ways of dig- ital video signal independently, then these two image data are recorded to different memory module. Data in FLASH need to be erased fully, wrote and read according to the type of the bi--planar crisscross way. Digital signals between solid-state memory and the reading device of real-time monitoring needed communication through LVDS bus. Not only saved time, ensured data to write completely and accurately, but also improved the reliability of the system.
