采用固定刀杆,配以三角形可转位硬质合金刀片车削防尘盖槽,生产效率较高速钢圆柄式成形车刀高4倍。刀片刃口可在线切割机床上一次形成,各棱角清晰,可保证防尘盖槽质量。附图4幅,表2个。

If the fixed tool bar with triangle type position changeable carbide cutter blade is adopted, the productivity of turning for shield groove can be increased by 400% compared with the round handle type formed turning tool made of high speed steel. The ket edge of cutter blade can be single-formed on wire cutting machine, the edges and corners of cutter blade is clear and the quality of shield groove can be guaranteed.
