摘要
利用单片微型计算机对3MZ143微型轴承外圈沟道磨床的电气控制部分进行改装,选用单片微机8O35为控制核心,通过74LS373地址锁存器,外接一片2716程序行贮器,组成最小控制系统,再配合相应的软件,可实现机床的手动、半自动、自动及砂轮修整等多种控制功能。附图4幅。
Utilize monolithic microprocessor to revamp the electric control part of miniature bearing outer ring raceway grinder type 3MZ 143, i .e. select 8035 monolithic microprocessor as the control center and connect a program storage type 2716, through an address latch type 74LS373. Thus a minimum control system is made up. After corresponding software be adopted; the multifunctional control as manual, semi-automatic and automatic machine operation as well as grind-ing wheel dressing can be achieved .
