通过对锡青铜衬套和钢套过盈配合组成的双金属配油套,在不同的温度下测量铜套内径尺寸与理论计算值进行分析比较,从而找到了双金属配油套内径尺寸受温差影响的变化规律。这对于高精度偶合件间隙的取值,在设计时具有很大的参考价值。

Through the analysis comparison on measuring inside diameter size and the theoretical calculated value of double metal oil distribution set which is combined with tin bronze bushing and steel set interference fit in different temperature, it finds change rules of temperature difference affecting inside diameter size of double metal oil distribution set, which has great reference value for the calculated value of high precision coupling clearance in the design.
