Exploration and Practice of Long-term Cooperation Mechanism of Vocational Schools and Enterprises

"校企合作、工学结合"已成为高职院校内涵建设和人才培养工作的重点。文章以南通纺织职业技术学院校企合作模式为例,提出校企合作应加强机制体制建设,明确校企双方职责、义务,规范合作双方行为,达到校企深度合作的目的。

The ＂school-enterprise cooperation, integration of learning and working＂ has become the focus of the connotation construction and personnel training in vocational colleges. Taking the school-enterprise cooperation mode of Nantong Textile Vocational Technology College for example, the article proposed school-enterprise cooperation should strengthen the construction of institutional mechanisms, both clear school-enterprise responsibilities, obligations, norms partners behavior to achieve the purpose of the depth of school-enterprise cooperation.
