摘要
大学生综合素质评价是高校大学生素质教育的重要内容,对于高校育人、促进就业、教学改善等方面有一定的参考作用。本文在教师对学生素质感知度的基础上,应用层次分析法建立大学生综合素质评价模型,使得大学生综合素质评价定量化,同时提出改善方法,以供教育管理者参考。
Evaluation of college students comprehensive quality is an important content of university quality education, and it has very important significance for the college education, promotion of employment, and improving the teaching reference. This paper, on the basis of teacher satisfaction, applies analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation model for college students comprehensive quality and make the college students comprehensive quality evaluation quantified, and puts forward the improvement methods, in order to provide references for education management.
