对于１９９７～１９９９年出版的《电机与控制学报》，共 ３卷 １２期 １８５篇论文中的 １０３２条参考文献运用引文分析法，对其引文数量、年代分布、语种结构、文献类型等项目进行了统计分析与讨论，所得结果为评价该学报的论文水平提供了准确的数据。

Here quotation-analysing approach is used to count, analyse and discuss the items of quotation number, time distribution, language category and documental type, etc. of all the 1032 documents referred to by the 185 papers in the 12 issues(3 volumes) of'Electric Machines and Control'published from 1997 to 1999, from what outcome is made to provide precise data to estimate the level of every paper adopted by this journal scientifically.
