摘要
利用丙酮法生产双马来酰亚胺树脂的过程中会产生大量工业废液,其主要成分为丙酮、水和醋酸,以及少量高沸点的树脂类聚合残余物。我们采用精馏的方法对双马来酰亚胺树脂产出废液进行处理,回收丙酮后,再回收其中的醋酸,同时利用酸碱滴定和高效液相色谱等方法对精馏液进行检测,发现这种方法处理得到的乙酸溶液浓度较高(20%),符合双马来酰亚胺树脂产出废液的综合、无害化处理的要求。
Large amount of waste liquid was produced from the produce process of bismaleimide resins with acetone method. The main components for this waste liquid were acetone, water, acetic acid and little polymerization resinic residue. Distillation was used to deal with waste liquid of bismaleimide resins, which was comprehensive and harmless treated for the recovery of acetone and acetic acid. Acid - base titration and High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC ) methods were also used to detect the distillation liquid. The results showed that the concentration (31.5%) of this acetic acid solution could meet industrial requirements.
