湘钢焦化厂为新上2#高炉生产高强度的焦炭,焦化专业技术人员对焦化备煤工艺系统进行专题调查研究,经过一系列的措施与探索,在煤场混匀操作、堆取料皮带联锁、配煤盘均匀下料等进行了一系列的技术改造,并得到了实际应用,使得炼焦生产焦炭质量的稳定性得到了较大幅度的提高。

Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. Coking Plant provided production of high strength coke for 2# new blast furnace. Coking of professional and technical personnel in the coking coal preparation system for special investigation, after a series of measureas and exploration in the coal field uniform mixing operation, stacker and belt interlock, uniform blending plate blanking conducted a series of technical reformation, and obtained the practical application, the coking coke quality stability was greatly improved.
