青海地区胃癌组织中PTEN和Her-2的表达及临床意义

THE EXPRESSIONS OF PTEN AND Her-2 IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND THEIR SIGNIFICANCES IN QINGHAI AREA

目的探讨青海地区胃癌及胃良性病变中PTEN、Her-2的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测81例胃癌标本及30例癌旁组织PTEN、Her-2表达情况,并观察两者与临床病理指标因素之间的联系,分析PTEN和Her-2表达的相关性。结果胃癌患者癌组织PTEN、Her-2的阳性表达率分别为40.7%、23.5%,癌旁组织两者的阳性表达率分别为90.0%、6.7%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTEN与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结是否转移、病理类型以及分期相关,而与患者的年龄、性别无关。Her-2与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结是否转移以及分期相关,与患者的年龄、性别、病理类型、浸润深度无关。经Spearman等级相关分析证明,PTEN与Her-2呈显著负相关关系。结论 PTEN、Her-2的表达与胃癌的生物学行为相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN,Her-2 in human gastric carcinoma the correlation with its clinico-pathological characteristics at Qinghai area.Methods Elivision TM plus Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PTEN and Her-2 in 81 cases of human gastric carcinoma and 30 cases of cancer adjacent tissues.Result The positive rate of PTEN and Her-2 in patients with gastric carcinoma tissues were 40.7%,23.5%,respectively.The positive rate of PTEN and Her-2 in cancer adjacent tissues were 90.0%,6.7%,respectively.There was significant difference between gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues tissues（P〈0.05）.The expression of PTEN was closely related with cancer cell differentiation,invasion,depth,lymph node metastasis,histological grade and the clinical stage of gastric carcinoma.The expression of PTEN was no association with sex and age.In gastric carcinoma group,the expression of Her-2 was positively correlated with cancer cell differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.The expression of Her-2 was no association with histological grade,invasion depth,sex and age of cancer patients.The Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between PTEN and Her-2 expressions in gastric carcinoma.Conclusion There is some correlation between the expression of PTEN,Her-2 and the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma that affected gastric cancer development.
