摘要 介绍了武钢高炉长寿技术研究成果和应用长寿技术的成功经验。高炉长寿是一项系统工程 ,武钢根据此观点开发出一套适用的高炉长寿新技术 :高炉炉体合理设计、球墨铸铁冷却壁的研制及应用、微孔碳砖、半石墨碳砖、烧成微孔铝碳砖、磷酸浸渍粘土砖的研制和应用、高炉耐火材料使用性能检验方法标准的制定。 The long campaign technologies of blast furnace and experience of applying the technologies at WISCO are given in this paper Based on the viewpoint that the blast furnace technologies are system engineering, a series of new technologies to prolong blast furnace campaign have been developed They are proper design of blast furnace, research and application of the nodular cast iron cooling stave, the microporous carbon brick, the semi graphite carbon brick, the burned microporous alumina graphite brick, the phosphoric acid immersed fireclay brick, the establishment of the test methods on BF refractories properties, the application of closed loop water cooling system and research on the blast furnace operation and maintenance By using these new technologies, BF long campaign at WISCO has been implemented
