利用刘文教授提出的分析方法 ,给出了任意二值随机序列随机稀疏的一个强极限定理的信息条件 ,它是Borel强大数定理的推广。
Proved that a few “additional motional constants' proposed in the literaturefor some important center power force , are nothing but functions of energy and angular momentum, are not independent, therefore, not possible to be so-called “generalized Longuet-Lenz vectors'. Besides, author derived a correct expression of additional motional constant for the two dimensional isotropic harmonic oscillator.
