摘要
本工作是新方法 ( 1 0 %NH4Cl+ 2 %柠檬酸水溶液 ,<0℃ ,2 5mA/cm2 )电解不仅可以提取Fe Ni Co基和Ni Fe Cr基合金中的GCP相 ,也可适用于Fe Ni Cr基合金中GCP相的电解提取 ,解决了相分析工作者公认的难题。新方法与常规方法 ( 1 0 %H3PO4水溶液 ,2 5℃ ,5mA/cm2 )相比酸度低 ,温度低 ,电流密度适中 ,GCP相的收率高。
This work is a part of research on application of a chloride electrolyte in GCP phase analysis in superalloys. A new method(10%NH 4Cl+2% citric acid solution, <0℃,25mA/cm 2)can been used to extract not only GCP phase in chromium free superalloy and Ni Fe Cr base superalloy, but also GCP phase in Fe Ni Cr base superalloy, latter is quite a task for phase analyser in the world. This new method has lower acidity and temperature, more moderate current density and higher recovery of GCP phase than routine (10%H 3PO 4 solution, 25℃, 5mA/cm 2).
