摘要
介绍了一种处理复杂铜锌银精矿的新工艺。该工艺是利用 SO2 -3 还原浸出液中的 Cu2 +,使生成 Cu2 Cl2 ,而将铜锌有效分离。Cu2 Cl2 经氧化可制取 Cu SO4,铜的总回收率为 94 .2 9% ,硫酸铜平均品位为 96.72 % ,超过 GB4 3 7— 80一级品要求 (96% ) ;沉铜后的溶液经净化后可制取质量分数大于 99.5%的氧化锌产品 ,锌的直收率为 80 .60 % ,总回收率为 86.4 1 % ;浸出渣用高浓度 NH4Cl溶液循环浸出银 ,银总回收率为 94 .70 %。
A new hydrometallurgical process for complex concentrate ore containing copper, zinc and silver was introduced. In this process, Cu 2+ was reduced to Cu + first by sodium sulfite, then Cu + combined with chloride to form cuprous chloride which could not dissolve in water.Cupric sulfate was formed after cuprous chloride being oxidizated. The total recovery and the purity of cupric sulfate was 94.29% and more than 96.72%.The residual solution after being deposited of cuprous ions was used to product zinc oxide that purity was over 99.5%.Leaching silver with high concentrate ammonium chloride solution from the leaching slag, total recovery of silver was more than 99.5%.
