摘要
通过研究 R 51 8、R 51 9和 R 52 0 3种树脂全交换容量随温度变化而变化的规律 ,考察了树脂的热稳定性。试验发现 ,在 4 0~ 1 60℃范围内 ,3种树脂的全交换容量均随温度的升高而降低 ,其中 R 51 8树脂的热稳定性最差 ,R 52 0树脂的热稳定性最佳。对 3种树脂热降解前后的红外光谱进行分析发现 ,3种树脂的谱线均在同一波长 (1 70 0~ 2 0 0 0 cm- 1 )区域内有明显变化 ,且变化规律极其相似 ,证明 3种树脂为同一系列的弱碱性阴离子交换树脂。
Thermal stability of R-518, R-519 and R-520 resins are examined by testing the function of total exchange capacity of each resin to temperature. The total exchange capacity of each resin decrease with temperature increasing, thermal stability of R-518 is worst, and that of R-520 is best at 40~160 ℃. It is found by analysing and contrasting infrared absorption spectra of each resin before and after being degraded that the spectra change in same range of wavelength, and spectrogram are very similar. It can be determined that the three resins are in same series of weak basic anion exchange resins.
