摘要
对sf9细胞进行了温度和pH驯化,研究了sf9细胞对传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)的敏感性及稳定性.结果表明:sf9细胞可进行pH和温度驯化;IBDV可对sf9细胞造成产毒性的持续感染,但不具有传代稳定性;驯化条件下IBDV的增殖优于非驯化条件.
sf9 cells were tamed in a certain range of pH and temperature, and the sensitivityand stability of sf9 cells to IBDV were studied. The results show that sf9 cells can be tamedin a range of pH and temperature; they can also be infected continuously by IBDV and theproduced virus IBDV had no genetic stability to sf9 cells, but it grew better in the tamed sf9cells than in the untamed sf9 cells.
