Conjugated Organic Renewal and Functional Replacement of Conservancy Districts of History and Culture

在系统分析白塔寺保护区与金融街存在问题的基础上,提出白塔寺保护区"共轭式"有机更新与功能置换的理念、思路和具体措施。将白塔寺保护区建设成为金融街文化承载区和服务配套区具有两个层面的意义:一方面,可以实现白塔寺保护区的发展性保护,促进历史文化保护区的可持续发展;另一方面,可以弥补金融街拓展空间有限、文化承载区与配套服务区缺失的不足,打造世界级金融文化产业聚集区,构建北京的CFD,促进北京"世界城市"战略的实施。

Based on the systematic analysis of the relationship between BaiTaSi Conservancy District and Beijing Financial Street（BFS） in space and function, this paper proposes the concept and thinking of the conjugated organic renewal and functional replacement and put forwards specific measures as well. There are two aspects in the meaning of turning BaiTaSi Conservancy District into the culture-loading area and auxiliary service area of BFS. On the one hand, the developmental protection of BaiTaSi Conservancy District be achieved, thus promoting the sustainable development of conservancy districts of history and culture. On the other hand, it can make up for the limited exploration space of BFS and its insufficiency in culture-loading area and auxiliary service area. It will make great contribution in forging a world-class collecting area of fi- nance and culture and constructing the CFD in Beijing, thus promoting the implementation of Beijing＇s ＂world city＂ strate- gy.
