P27蛋白及DNA倍体不同表达与结肠癌临床病理学特征的关系

摘要 目的研究P27蛋白及DNA倍体水平的不同表达与结肠癌临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测P27蛋白在130例结肠癌中的表达水平;应用流式细胞术测定130例结肠癌患者癌细胞DNA相对含量,并分析P27蛋白、DNA倍体与结肠癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期的关系。结果 P27蛋白在癌组织中低表达,DNA异倍体高表达,两者在结肠癌组织与癌旁组织中的表达均有显著性差异(P<0.0 5);P27蛋白与Dukes分期、肿瘤恶性程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 P27蛋白及DNA倍体水平不同的表达与结肠癌的发生、发展有明显的关系,可作为结肠癌临床分期和预后的监测指标之一。 Objective To investigate the relationgship between clinicalpatholog ical features and different expressions of P27 protein and DNA ploidy in colon c ancinoma.Methods Expressions of P27 protein were detected by in 130 cases by im mnunohistoehemistry,The relative contents of DNA in cancer cells of 130 cases were detected flow cytometry,and the relationships between P27 protein,DNA plo idy and degrees of differentiation,depths of invasions,lymph node metastases,TNM Classfication of colon cancinoma were anayzed. Results The expressions of P27 p rotein and DNA isoploidy in colon cancinoma tissues were significantly differe nt(P〈0.05) from those in tissues beside the cancer tissue.The expressions o f P27 protein were low in cancer tissue,while those of e DNA isoploidy were hig h.P27 protein was related to Ducks stages and The degree of cancer maglignancy,s howing significant differences(P〈0.05). Conclusion The different expressions of p27 protein and DNA Ploidy levels are apparently related to the occurrence and d evelopment of colon caicinoma,which can serve as one of indices tomonitor the cl inical stages and prognosis of colon carcinoma
