摘要
目的检测肥胖患者肾小球足细胞上Podocin的蛋白分布和表达,探讨Podocin在肥胖导致蛋白尿中的变化及意义。方法收集肾脏切除病理标本,取其相对正常肾脏皮质,体重指数(BMI)≥28kg/m2者16例作为肥胖组(Ob组),BMI<24kg/m2者18例作为对照组(Con组),比较二组患者的临床表现,实验室检查及肾脏病理表现,用免疫组化方法检测足细胞上Podocin的蛋白分布和表达。结果二组间性别无差异,Ob组年龄、BMI明显高于Con组,且伴发高血压,高血糖,脂肪肝及肝功酶学升高的明显增多。Ob组肾小球的足细胞上Podocin的表达低于Con组。结论肾小球的足细胞上Podocin的表达减少,是产生蛋白尿的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the change of Podocin on the glomeruler of obesity subjects. Methods Clinicopathological data of 16 obesity subjects(BMI≥28 kg/m2) and 18 non-ob esity subjects(BMI〈24 kg/m2) with renal biopsies were reviewed.The expression of Podocin on the glomeruler was assayed by immunohistochemistry. Results The gender was no difference in the both groups.The age and BMI in obesity group were higher than those in non-obesity group(P〈0.05,p〈0.01).The high bloo d glucose,hypertension,liver function change and fatty liver in obesity group we re more than those in non-obesity group.The expression of Podocin on the glomer uler of obesity subjects were decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion The low expression of Podocin on the glomeruler of the obesity subject maybe the mechanism of the microalbuminuria.
