超声心动图检查分析脑梗塞患者左房内径及左室舒张功能 被引量：2

摘要 近年来,许多研究证实了左房大小与心脑血管疾病及其预后之间的联系。心源性脑栓塞的高危发病因素越来越受到人们的关注,如已知的房颤,瓣膜病等明确病因,但是有一些隐蔽的因素也不容忽视,左房内的非常见栓子也是可以成为脑栓塞的原因之一,因此本文用超声心动图观察脑梗塞的患者左房内径及容积，左室舒张功能的变化，试图从源头了解脑梗塞更多的发病原因。1资料与方法1．
