摘要
为了解大学生健康饮食状况及专业教学的效果,同时为提高学生专业实践能力,我们设计了调查问卷,对苏州农业职院食品营养与检测专业学生饮食健康状况进行了调查分析。结果表明,专业教学使学生对营养知识及信息更为敏感、更为关注,并且更愿意选择健康食品;总体而言学生能注意食物的多样化,但对照《中国居民膳食指南》,学生对奶制品、水果的摄入不足还是比较普遍,每日饮水量普遍不足。建议对大学生加强健康膳食的宣教,并注意学校食堂供餐的营养搭配。
To investigate the dietary situation of students, the effect of education and to improve the ability of students,a dietary health-related questionnaire was designed, and conducted among students majoring in Food Nutrition and Detection in our institute. The result showed that major education made the students sensitive to nutrition information, and preferred to select healthy food. On the whole students paid attention to the variety of foods to keep dietary balance. But intake of dairy foods, fruits and water was not adequate. We suggested that the education about dietary health should be improved and the canteen service on campus should pay attention to nutrition.
