摘要 校企结合、走产学研相结合之路是职业教育的核心理念,更是特色职业学校的办学之本。职业学校应深化校企合作,促进人才培养与地方经济建设紧密结合,文章就烹饪专业职业教育校企合作进行探讨。 Cooperation between school and enterprise and combination of production, teaching and research are the core idea of vocational education and essential to characteristic vocational schools. Vocational schools should deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise and promote the integration of talent training and local economic construction. This paper discusses the cooperation between school and enterprise in cuisine spe- cialty.
