摘要 挤压件的形状是挤压工艺性好坏的主要因素,在制订挤压工艺工作中,往往因工件形状复杂给挤压工艺的实施造成很大困难,甚至不能采用挤压工艺进行成型。本文论述了一个轴向剖面为抛物线形零件的挤压方法,通过对抛物线形零件的分析,提出了采用热挤压工艺方法制坯,介绍了模具结构及工作过程,指出了挤压过程及模具结构设计容易出现的问题及解决方法。 The main factor that whether the extrusion process is good or not is decided by the shape of the extrusion part. Usually, it is the complex shape of the workpiece that causes big difficulties to the extrusion process when making work plan of it. Sometimes, the work piece even could not be mounded by using the extrusion process. This paper mainly discussed a method of how to extrude a part which shape is parabola in an axial plane surface. By analyzing the parabolic part, the author suggested to use thermal extrusion to make roughcast. The author introduced the die structure and the specific operate process of the extrusion. It also pointed out the problems that can be easing found in the design of die structure and gave the solutions to them.
