基于真空淬火技术悬挂拉臂花键孔拉削工艺改进及研究

摘要 介绍利用真空油淬技术[1]实现渐开线内花键热处理微变形[2]控制,根据花键孔变形收缩情况确定拉削加工各刀具参数,以生产效率高、成本低、适用于批量生产的拉削加工工艺替代现有的线切割加工工艺。 It was Introduced that making use of the vacuum oil hardening technique to realize handle gradually tiny transformation of the control of the inner involute spline, which assured the parameter of tool of broaching process according to the transformation of constringency of involute spline to realizing the efficiency and the lower cost, and can be applied to the batch quantity of the craft produce of broaching to substitute the wire cut electrical discharge craft project.
