锁定加压钢板治疗儿童股骨近段骨折临床疗效分析 被引量:1

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF LOCKING COMPRESSION PLATE IN PEDIATRIC PROXIMAL FEMORAL FRACTURE

摘要 目的探讨锁定加压钢板固定治疗儿童股骨近段骨折的临床疗效。方法采用锁定加压钢板治疗儿童股骨近段骨折。结果所有患儿均获得随访,随访时间为18~39个月,平均29个月。二组患儿骨折均获得骨折愈合,时间为3.2~7.6个月,平均3.9个月。依据Harris评分标准(包括疼痛、功能、关节畸形和关节活动度4方面)评定髋关节功能,优23例,良5例,优良率100%。结论对于年龄较大、患儿体重指数大、不稳定型骨折儿童股骨近段骨折应用锁定加压钢板治疗符合近年来儿童骨折微创治疗观念,是现有内固定技术的有益补充。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy with locking compression plate(LCP) internal fixation in the treatment of pediatric proximal femoral fracture.Methods Between January 2007 and December 2011,18 males and 10 females with proximal femoral fracture underwent locking compression plate internal fixation in this group.The average age of these patients was 12 years and 8 months(range,8 years and 5 months to 16 years and 9 months).Results All 28 cases were followed up for an average postoperative time of 29 months,ranging from 18 months to 39 months.All the fractures healed well and the average healing time was 3.9 months(from 3.2 to 7.6 months).According to Harris scoring,the hip functions were excellent in 23 cases,and good in 5 cases,with the good to excellent rate being 100%.Conclusions The treatments by locking compression plate of proximal femoral fracture in various ages children are choosed according to children's age,weight and stability of fracture is an effective treatment.
